For intrepid travelers that relish adventure, seek mindful immersion and appreciate luxury.
Where we work
We only work in destinations that we know intimately. We are a trusted resource for industry leaders in North and Sub-Saharan Africa and are known for logistically challenging programs across the Americas, Asia and Europe.
Expertly designed experiences of a lifetime
We craft memorable, offbeat programs for our intrepid clients. To travel with TripScaper is to relish adventure, seek mindful immersion and appreciate luxury.
Villas, Yachts, Jets
We travel for months at a time with private clients and trusted insiders, fully immersing ourselves in regions where handpicked local partners bring our signature travel style to life.
What ultimately sets us apart from other travel consultancies is that we personally know the individuals that are looking after our clients in the most far flung locations.
And thanks in part to our alliance with Traveller Made® — a global network of luxury designers, hotels and activity providers — we are able to open doors that few others can.
Giza Pyramids on private basis

How we work
It starts with a conversation.
A telephone call with all new clients allows us to better understand each other, manage expectations and make certain we are the proper fit. During this call, we set parameters pertaining to dates, destinations, budgets and a timeline of deliverables.
The full proposal follows and we revise it together until your expectations are exceeded.
While on location, you have our detailed documentation that takes you through each day so that no question goes unanswered. Along the way, you have 24/7 support from our team and our local partners.
Our consultancy fee is applicable to all new clients and is determined by the number of travelers and length of the journey. At times, we charge a consultancy fee for existing clients based on trip complexity.
