It starts with a conversation.
A telephone call with all new clients allows us to better understand each other, manage expectations and make certain we are the proper fit. During this call, we set parameters pertaining to dates, destinations, budgets and a timeline of deliverables.
The full proposal follows and we revise it together until your expectations are exceeded.
While on location, you have our detailed documentation that takes you through each day so that no question goes unanswered. Along the way, you have 24/7 support from our team and our local partners.
Our consultancy fee is applicable to all clients and is determined by the number of travelers and length of the journey.
